NEW DELHI: Bajaj Finance(Rs. 1876.38 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 1781.46 crore), RIL(Rs. 1741.72 crore), Bajaj Finserv(Rs. 1570.60 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1430.13 crore), HDFC(Rs. 1247.71 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1084.53 crore), Sun Pharma(Rs. 1048.74 crore), SBI Life(Rs. 981.54 crore) and ICICI Bank(Rs. 905.07 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 228.65 points up at 17158.25, while BSE Sensex rose 712.46 points to 57570.25.
In the Nifty index,
.(up 8.64 per cent), .(up 7.22 per cent), .(up 5.77 per cent), .(up 5.40 per cent) and .(up 4.50 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 3.98 per cent),
.(down 0.99 per cent), State Bank of India(down 0.77 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.47 per cent) and .(down 0.16 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
