Corporate Radar: HUL, HDFC Life Q1 results; Federal Bank to turn ex-dividend; AGMs & more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

Shares of 13 companies —

(Rs 2.5 per share), Federal Bank (Rs 1.8 per share), Renaissance Global (Rs 3 per share), (Rs 1.6 per share), (Rs 2 per share), (Rs 10 per share), (Rs 12 per share), Granules India (0.75 per share), (Rs 3 per share), (Rs 1.5 per share), (0.5 per share), Ador Welding (Rs 12.5 per share) and (Rs 2 per share) — will go ex-dividend today.

Out of the 13 companies, 12 had announced their final dividends while HCL Technologies (Rs 10 per share) had announced its interim dividend.

Hindustan Unilever,

, Ambuja Cements, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, , Polycab India, Hatsun Agro Product, L&T Finance Holdings and DCM Shriram are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

AKI India will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 3:10 while Panth Infinity will go ex-bonus in the ratio of 1:2.

Shares of Renaissance Global will go ex-split today. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

DCM Shriram, Control Print and will have their annual general meetings (AGM).

The board of APM Finvest will meet to consider a preferential issue of shares.

Tuesday is the record date for dividends by

, and Orient Electric.

Damodar Industries (Re 0.5 per share), Lakshmi Machine Works (Rs 40 per share) and Orient Electric (Rs 1.25 per share) had announced final dividends.

Today is also the record date for Panth Infinity to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:2.
